Picton wins twice! Retaining our EPRA Gold award and also winning Gold for Sustainability reporting!

We are delighted to once again be awarded an EPRA Gold award for our 2019 Annual Report. The award is credited for exceptional compliance with EPRA's Best Practice Recommendations.

The BPRs lie at the heart of EPRA's mission to improve professional standards and the consistency of performance reporting across listed real estate companies in Europe.

As an EPRA member, we are committed to being transparent and improving our reporting to our stakeholders and wider audience. We are proud to have scored above 80% across all 6 Performance Measures: EPRA Earnings; NAV (net asset value); NNNAV (triple net asset value); Initial Yields; Vacancy Rate and Cost Ratios; as well as on a series of general recommendations.
