We are delighted to welcome Kathy Thompson to the team following a review of our company secretarial arrangements.
Kathy joined in May 2023 and, following a handover period, succeeded Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited on 1 October 2023 as Company Secretary to the Group. Kathy is a Chartered Secretary with over ten years of experience within the financial services sector.
