At Picton, we are fortunate to have a varied and diverse occupier base for our offices, warehouses, shops and restaurants.

That said, not everybody has heard of us, so we are spreading the word further.

If you introduce a company that takes up Picton space, you can earn up to £50,000* as a ‘thank you’ for the referral.

* The small print

• Referral fee based on 5% of annual rental agreed.
• Payments only made to existing companies within the Picton portfolio and offset against future rent and service charges.
• To qualify, Picton or its agents must not be previously aware of the prospective occupier.
• A lease to a new occupier needs to be legally completed.
• A valid referral is at Picton’s discretion.
