Picton is pleased to welcome Saira Johnston to the Board as Chief Financial Officer.
Saira brings extensive real estate experience to Picton, having spent more than 20 years working in the sector. She has held senior finance positions across the industry, most recently as CFO of Gravis Capital Management Limited, which has an established business of managing listed real estate and infrastructure assets. Saira's previous roles were at Moorfield Group, CBRE Global Investors/ING Real Estate and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds.
Andrew Dewhirst, who is retiring from the Company, has stepped down from the Board and will leave the business following a smooth transition and delivery of the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts.
